Low-Volume Manufacturing

What is low-volume manufacturing?

Low-volume or on-demand manufacturing is a service to cost-effectively bridge the gap between prototyping and full-scale series production. Typically, low-volume production runs range from 100 to 100,000 parts, for both one-time and recurring projects. Should you require around 100 or fewer parts, our prototyping service may be the right fit for you.

Who is low-volume manufacturing for?

You might benefit from low-volume or on-demand manufacturing if you wish to:

  • test the market before ramping up

  • manage shorter product lifecycles

  • reduce your investment in tooling

  • decrease lead times or scale up for spikes in demand
